How do I change my Xumo account and billing information?

You can update your account and billing information by signing into your Xumo account and going to the Account tab.

 

How do I change the email address for my Xumo account?

 

To update the email address for your Xumo account:

 

  1. Sign in to your Xumo account.
  2. Under Account information, select Edit next to your current Email.
  3. Enter the new email address you’d like to use for your Xumo account.
  4. A verification email will be sent with a 6-digit code (If it’s not in your inbox, be sure to check your spam folder).
  5. Enter the 6-digit verification code.
  6. Select Submit.

 

 

How do I change the password for my Xumo account?

 

To update the password for your Xumo account:

 

  1. Sign in to your Xumo account.
  2. Under Account information, select Edit next to your current password.
  3. Enter the current password along with the new password you would like to use.
  4. Select Save.

 

How do I change the billing information for my Xumo account?

 

To update the billing information for your Xumo account:

 

  1. Sign in to your Xumo account.You can also get directly to your payment method details by going to xumo.com/payment.
  2. Under Billing information, select Add or Edit.
  3. Update with your payment method and billing address, including all required information.
