How do I add or remove a Xumo device from my account?

When you first set up your Xumo device, you’ll be prompted to create or sign in to a Xumo account. Once you do that, your device will be automatically added to your Xumo account. You will see all your connected Xumo devices in the Devices tab of the account portal.

 

To remove a device, first sign in to your Xumo account. Then go to Devices, find the device you’d like to remove, and choose Remove device.

 

Once you’ve removed a device from your Xumo account, your device will undergo a factory reset. That means you’ll have to set up your device again just like you did the first time you activated. Your channels and subscriptions will not be affected; however, you’ll continue to be billed until you unsubscribe from them.
