How do I set up the mobile app?

When you open the app for the first time, you’ll get step-by-step instructions on how to pair your mobile device with your TV. If you choose to pair a mobile device later, just go to Settings > Device settings > XClass TV app on your TV.

Please note that you won’t be able to pair your mobile device to your TV if your TV is offline – you’ll need to connect your TV to the Internet and make sure it’s connected to the same network as your mobile device.

Once you select the TV you’d like to pair with, your TV will display a pairing code. Enter the pairing code into the app to complete the pairing process.


Can I pair multiple devices with my TV?

Yes! You can pair as many mobile devices as you’d like with your TV. Just make sure each device has the XClass TV app downloaded.


Something’s not working. How can I fix it?

If you’re having trouble with the XClass TV app, the steps below can solve most common issues.

• Delete and re-install the app on your mobile device

• Make sure your mobile device has the latest update installed

• Check that your TV and mobile device are connected to the same Internet network; Restart your TV (go to Settings > Power Preferences > Restart) if your TV is not discoverable

• Unpair your mobile device from your TV and pair it again


Note: The remote in your XClass TV app can only pair if the TV is fully activated, and you can see the Home screen.
