What is Peacock and Peacock Premium?

Peacock is a streaming service from NBCUniversal, with tons of great entertainment you can watch for free. How do I access Peacock Premium at no extra cost for 12 months?

You’ll need to connect your XClass TV to the internet. Then, launch the Peacock app on your TV, and sign up for Peacock. 

 

Note: Your access to Peacock Premium at no extra cost will expire if you don’t sign up for Peacock within 90 days of setting up your XClass TV account. Additional eligibility restrictions and terms apply; visit peacocktv.com/xclassoffer for details.

 

Can I get Peacock Premium free for 12 months if I am already subscribing to Peacock Premium?

Yes, but you will not be entitled to a refund or credit on any prior payments made for your existing subscription. 

 

If your existing Peacock Premium subscription is billed directly by Peacock, your monthly billing will stop for the remainder of your subscription period.

 

If your existing Peacock Premium subscription is billed through a third party (such as, Apple, Google, or Roku), you must contact the third party directly to cancel your existing subscription.  Otherwise, you will continue to be billed by the third party during your XClass subscription period.  Learn how to cancel your existing subscription.

 

Can I upgrade to Peacock Premium Plus while I have access to the Peacock Premium at no extra cost?

Yes, you can upgrade to Premium Plus for an additional $5.00 per month during the 12 months after setting up your XClass TV account and redeeming the offer.

 

Will I get a discount if I am already subscribing to Peacock Premium Plus?

Yes, but you will not be entitled to a refund or credit on any prior payments made in connection with your existing subscription.

 

If your existing Peacock Premium Plus subscription is billed directly by Peacock, you will remain on the Peacock Premium Plus plan and your monthly billing will be reduced from $9.99 to $5.00 during the 12 months XClass offer period.

 

If your existing Peacock Premium Plus subscription is billed through a third party (such as, Apple, Google, or Roku), you must contact such third party directly to cancel your existing subscription. Otherwise, you will continue to be billed by the third party during your XClass subscription period. Learn how to cancel your existing subscription. 

 

Note:  Once your Peacock Premium Plus subscription is cancelled by the applicable third party, your Peacock Premium Plus plan will be converted to a Peacock Premium plan and then you can upgrade to Premium Plus for an additional $5.00 per month during the XClass offer period.
