To review your past purchases, sign in to your XClass TV account and go to Transactions.
What should I do if I see a charge that I don’t recognize on my credit card?
Sign in to your XClass TV account and review your purchase history. The charge may not have been made on the exact same date, but the charge description will start with “XTV,” followed by the app name and a short description where applicable.
If you find the purchase in Transactions but didn’t make it yourself, check to see if someone else in your home made the purchase. If they did, you may consider setting up a purchase PIN to restrict future purchases.
