If you’re returning, selling, or giving away your XClass TV, make sure you sign in to your XClass TV account and:
• Unsubscribe to any current subscriptions by going to Subscriptions
• Unpair your TV
• Remove your payment method if you had set one up
You’ll be emailed a confirmation after making any of these changes.
Also, go to Settings on your TV and:

Chat with a real XClass TV agent between 9:00am and 9:00pm EST Monday through Friday, or 9:00am through 6:00pm EST Saturday and Sunday.
